 Coburn Family We spent nearly two weeks traveling before we finally made it down to CR. We had a wonderful time with Lyndsey’s family in Edmond, Oklahoma. We left our dog Judah with Lyndsey’s mom and dad, he will join us in a couple of months when Lyndsey’s mom comes down for a visit, sometime [...]  Our Campsite We did our first camp out as a family and we had a great time. We decided that if we wanted to really enjoy ourselves camping in Southern California that we should attempt to go during the week to beat the crowds. Tuesday morning after getting everything ready we decided to take off [...] Just the other day I took a trip out to Escondido, which is in East San Diego County to pick up a few Tilapia from the couple over at the Escondido Tilapia Farm. They had a really cool and inspiring set-up to raise Tilapia for local fish farmers and urban aquaponic fanatics like myself. Compost [...] We left San Diego on a Jet Blue flight at 9pm Monday night and landed in Aguadilla Airport in Puerto Rico around 11am Tuesday morning. It was a long flight with a hour lay over at JFK in New York. Eli did really really good considering how long we were on the plane. [...] Eli and I have been attending a Baby Sign LanguageClass for the past 5 weeks at the Harold J. Ballard Parent Center in Old Town. We go once or twice a week and the class is around 3 hours long. Typically we sing songs, do a little dancing, play with toys, story time, share our [...] We took of Monday afternoon and headed over to the San Diego Zoo. The last time that we went was a week after we got married, nearly 6 years ago. The San Diego Zoo is our favorite Zoo out of all the zoos we had been to throughout our life. There are allot of hill’s so [...] Hooray You Found Us. We had our blog Follow the Sun Posted up on one of our business domains. We decided that it was time to give it a address of its very own www.puravidaculture.com . Pura Vida translates to ‘Pure Life’ from Spanish to English. In Costa Rica, the Ticos (Costa Ricans) use [...] For those of you, my self included, that thought our Grand Prize weekend could turn into a couple of days of us dodging meetings and sales reps determined to stick us with a time share, we were wrong. We had a great time. Thanks to spaweek.com and the Ritz Carlton Marina del Ray we were [...] Well we go back to the doctor on March 16th for some more baby stuff, then on April 9th to find out what we have brewing in there. We are both very excited. Tomorrow we get to go up to Marina del Ray to cash in on the Grand Prize Lyndsey won. All an all [...] Lyndsey entered us into a contest called the ‘Sweet Heart Spa Sweepstakes’ at spaweek.com and she one the grand prize which includes and overnight stay at the Ritz Carlton in Marina del Ray, dinner for two, and a 50 minute couples massage.
